Requirements
DEPOSITS
- $250.00 initial deposit required to secure space and date
- $100.00 room fee deposit (non-refundable)
- $150.00 refund will be applied to final bill at end of event
MINIMUMS
- Day Events — $40.00 per person, Sunday-Wednesday nights (flexible start time — Ladera & Womack are closed on Mondays)
- Night Events — $50.00 per person, Thursday-Saturday (start times no later than 6:00pm)
- 2 Hour Event Minimum ($10.00 per head per additional hour)
- Holiday Season all minimums increase $10.00

DRINK TICKET TIERS
- $8.00 Drink Ticket — valid for beer, well liquor and house wine
- $10.00 Drink Ticket — valid for beer, call liquor and house wine
- $13 Drink Ticket — valid for beer, premium liquor and premium selected wines
SATELLITE BAR
- Groups of 75 or more — no fee
- Groups of 75 or less — $150.00 staffing fee
